Machines for internal washing of the bottles, simple to be used and of small dimensions, featuring a good dripping time of the bottle during the discharge. The containers are overturned and positioned manually on a rotating wheel fed by a 0.25 kW motor by the operator with an extremely easy movement. Manufactured of stainless steel A304 and high resistance alimentary-graded PVC. The sterilizing machines can be used with sulphur dioxide or other sterilizing liquids.
- AUTOMATIC RINSING/STERILIZING MACHINES
Machines for the automatic internal washing of the bottle with pockets or gripper system.
The pocket sterilizer is a compact machine and the high number of nozzle guarantees a long contact time with the sterilizing solution. The sterilization is followed by the rinsing and dripping stage. The treatment is completed with two additional jets, adjustable through two independent taps, directed on the external surface of the bottle neck.
The machines are manufactured of corrosion-proof A316 stainless steel and top-quality plastic materials.
The rinsing/sterilizing machines with grippers are manufactured of A304 stainless steel, while the parts in contact with the liquid are of A316 stainless steel. Compact, reliable and durable in time, they are available with fixed or mobile nozzle and a great variety of options.
- CAPSULE DISPENSER ON STAND
Automatic dispensers to be positioned at side of a conveyor belt, for the distribution of shrink caps of aluminium, polylaminate, and tin, as well as champagne foils, with throughputs up to 3000 b/h. Machines completely built of A30 stainless steel and aluminium. The caps stocked on the magazine are separated from one another and positioned on the neck of the bottle by means of an air blow system.
- SHRINK TUNNEL
Machine to be positioned at side of a conveyor belt, equipped with a support with adjustable height to fit to any bottling line. The capsule shrinkage is regulated by means of a thermostat. High-resistance thermal insulation up to about 1000° C. The oven is equipped with adjustable feet for rapid levelling.
